clown with black spots? ?ich?

today i was doing some maintenance, cleaning out the skimmer, and their bi-weekly feeding to the fish and i saw my clown with dark spots. i can only think of ich since last year my yellow and blue tang had ich. i quarantine all the fish for weeks probably 3 months and didnt lose anyone. that was months ago and now im thinking of going thru this again. i tried to get some good pics but the clown has been acting a little bit more crazy than usual so even more stressful to the fish and me. the best clear pic is the one where he sits on his mushroom.

give me advice or do i just quaratine everyone once again.

these black spots reminds me of when the white ich they had before months ago, after initial treatment, black spots were left behind where white ich existed almost like a scar. could this be it?

Is it possible that he's been stung by a coral in your tank?
