Clown with ICK!

What is the best Medication or treatment for ICK? My clown is covered with it, I have him in my Biocube 8 Gallon with a few corals, I do have a 5 gallon tank that I could use for a treatment tank.

For a clown, you could use copper or machalite green (copper is more available) in the Qt tank

Can ICK live on Cleaner shrimps? the only other thing I have in my aquarium are CUC and a cleaner shrimp, no other fish.

Just need to know if I have to treat the others also or not with Copper?

I am currently treating my clowns for Ich with copper and it has worked wonders. For sure I would place the clown in a QT.

inverts. cant catch ick but they can still carry it on them

Thanks for the info all, This means that if i leave my tank with no fish in it for 1 month I should be ok to add fish after right?

Yeah, but maybe you might want to go 6 weeks to be safe?

Make sure you don't treat your CUC or other inverts with copper-it will kill them

Great I am going away on vacation for 1 month so I ll wait another 2 weeks after coming back to add any new fish to the tank.
