Clownfish damaging goniapora??

My percula houses my goni and it appears that it is to a point that it is rubbing off pieces of the skeleton. Is this normal? What should I do?

When I was moving it the polyps went in and I found a bristle worm in it as well. Would that have damaged it?

FWIW, I'd say (a) clown housing goni isn't a good thing, it stresses the heck out of the coral and could damage it, and (b) worms in goni not a good thing either, perhaps an iodine dip could help
