clownfish got red lesions on body...I want the right medicine

I had recently moved all move livestock to my 55g hospital because my main tank is under construction along with my basement its going in. So lots of LR, my clarkii clownfish, giant dersa clam, sailfin blenny, and a bunch of crabs/snails got placed into the barebottom tank.

My concern is that everything was living fine for about 2 months now and all of a sudden a week ago, I noticed my clownfish swimming near the top of the water. I figured there was lack of oxygen in the tank, so I added another airstone in the tank (pumping up lot of air)

Today, I noticed red lesions on the white part of her body, still floating at the top (mostly right side up, sometimes sideways), and she eats all the mysis shrimp in put in the water. everyone else is doing fine, but I want to heal her, anything I can put in the water? I've done water changes and all my water parameter is doing fine, can I add any type of medication to the water without harming my clam and other livestock (crabs,snails, LR)

Not sure what the problem is - a picture may help. Red spots/blotches/etc. are often a sign of an infection/bacterial problem ... in some cases those problems will go away if you maintain/improve water quality ... when that doesn't work then QTing combined with an antibiotic should work.
