Clownfish jail

So the clownfish that I had for 6 months have been fighting for a few months. The female (obviously bigger, darker and dominant) was looking a little sick here and there but not enough to quarantine. The male took this opportunity to begin picking on the female. He was forcing her to stay in the corner of the tank for awhile and sometimes out competing for food.
Now for the last four days the craziest thing has happened. There is a small crevice in the rock structure and it has forced her to stay in there. If she peaks out he comes over and pushes her back in. I started calling it the clownfish jail.
She is still getting some food now and then but I'm a little worried.
I'm guessing they had a fight and gender reversal. I believe the now dominant one is now getting bigger and the other one smaller. Hopefully things settle down. I'll let nature take its course.
Anyone have similar things happen?

Nature's course here means death for the bullied clown. You need to remove one of them as they are clearly incompatible. Don't expect it to magically improve.

Update. Both clowns are out and about together all the time. I guess they worked out their differences. I was ok with monitoring them. The bullied former female is now much smaller, healthier looking, and submissive. Good to see them getting along. They just worked together to dig a crater next to a rock. Maybe they are getting cozy.

Good to hear they worked out their differences and nobody died in the process and everyone is happy healthy.
