You could, but in general you will get better hatch rates if you leave it with parents to tend the nest until just before hatch night. 3 days is too long before hatch night, you would have to manually remove dead eggs often, otherwise fungus will spread and kill all eggs. If this is your first batch, I wouldn't even bother, you typically want to wait around until at least the 3rd, and most breeders will tell you the 5th batch.
