clownfish problem

ok about a week ago i had a major problem with my tank i lost off fish and my corals seem to be just fine. now my clownfish on the other hand i never see him eat at all. he use to eat right away when the food hit the water now when the food goes in he just goes crazy hitting the walls and the rocks he seems to want to eat but sitting there and watching him everyday it's almost like he can't find the food and he goes to the top of the tank and takes air in everytime i feed him. there have been times where i just wanted to flush him to put him out of the pain he could be going through but he has to be eatting something in order to live that long so i dont know what to do so i got on here to see if anyone could help me?

What went wrong that you lost all your fish? I would think this has something to do with it.

I think the fish could possibly be blind, and if this continues I think that it would be best to put him to sleep...but I would try to get him into a bare QT tank with a piece of PVC so we can see if you can get him back onto food.

What were the fish that you lost? Was it an overnight thing or slow?

i really dont know what went wrong with the tank one day it was fine then the next was totally different story i dont know if my little girl ( 18 month ) put anything into the sump but she doesnt go around it so there is no telling. as far as the fish going blind i have never heard of a thing but i will try the qt tank and go from there.
