Clownfish Recipe

Well to give you an idea i currently feed my b/w pair a mixture of spectrum pellets, formula one frozen, formula one flakes, frozen spirulina brine shrimp, and frozen mysis. Somes i will soak the food in selcon or garlic before i feed.

I hope your clowns appreciate you, cooking for them and all... 
I don't mix anything up in a blender, but I try to give them variety. I feed mine Spectrum pellets (the smallest size, so my tiger gobies can eat them too), frozen mysis, Cyclopeez, and recently something called Arctic Pods, which come in a bottle. They were expensive, but it's a big bottle and should last me months. They really like them.
I think Joyce Wilkerson had a recipe for clownfish food in her book.
