clownfish with big white head/ bump

I had an outbreak of ick; most died b/c I didn't QT them fast enough; I have this clown in QT (my main tank has anemone etc )
and treated him with quick cure; he looked good but then got what looks like a goosebump ; it then gets like a white head ; I FW dipped him; the white is gone but still a bump; then it happened again; started to look better and this morning goosebump with white head ; same spot ; no other spots ; he is eating , swimming etc;

I have a very similar situation. I had a die off from my old tank.. my ocellaris clown was the only survivor. I treated him in a QT for 5-6 weeks with copper. I added him to a new/different tank and now he has these white pimple looking things on the front half of his body. None on the fins. He swims around and eats like he is 100% healthy. Not sure what the problem is... it doesnt look like ich... no idea? Anyways, i did a few FW dips, and now I'm just feeding him frozen foods with selcon and hoping for the best.
