Clownfish with growth

Can anyone let me know what they think is on his mouth? Might be a fungus? What can I do to treat it? He is in a qt now but with other fish.

Might be a bacterial infection, might just be Lymphocystis (a relatively harmless virus which usually remedies itself). Can you describe the growth in more detail? Does it seem like a "cauliflower-like" growth? Maybe more pics from different angles?

Thanks for the informative article. My clown looks much better today as the growth has almost all gone away. I believe you were correct in your lympho diagnosis.
