Clown'n around - should I get a new clown home

Ok so my clowns are abusing the hell out of my single head Torch. They both play and nestle and brush and dig into the head of my torch which is cute by day but at night when the torch closes up there is almost nothing for them to hang out in and it almost looks abusive in how they try to sleep in it at night.

So my question is - should I get a RBTA? I have plenty of room for one but I am always hearing about the need for an aged tank. I ask this because I see people all the time moving up or down in sizes and that kills the aged tank theory as they are using new water, new sumps, new skimmers, etc so they are really starting from scratch even having to add 100s of pounds of new LR to the system and then everything is fine.

So please give me your opinions on this. I think the clowns would love something to nestle in and they seem to love my small single headed Torch but do not like the much larger Hammer. The Torch is ok for the small clown but the larger one is bigger than the torchs head.

I have a RBTA in my tank but my TR Black ocellaris still prefer to host my deresa clown that is about 10" away. So good luck trying to get the clowns to move.

When i got my first SW tank a few years back, i had it up for maybe a month or so and i threw a RBT in it. Did fine for about 4 months until i was stupid and put a heater where it was by and thought it would move, well it basically died, except the stump, and amazingly enough it survived and i have it today and it's HUGE (about 10-12" in diameter) My clowns love it and it never moves. I would suggest moving the torch out of the tank for a few days when you first get an anenome (assuming that is a possibility) all you gotta do is make sure your water parameters are stable thats all and of course lighting is sufficient

on the old tank it was just two PCs i think they were 65watt or maybe the next step up? but the anenome moved around til he was happy, which was normally towards the top. But right now, in the bigger tank, the lighting includes 3 175 watt 15k Metal halides, and 4 110watt VHO's

My RBTA likes medium to light flow
