clowns in a 10 gal

My buddy is in the middle of a divorce and he can not take his 55 where he is living now. he is in love with his clown (a pair of percs). Can he have them in a standard 10 gal with weekly water changes? they would be the only fish in the tank.

They would be fine, Add a modded ac70 with chaeto in it and you wouldn't even need weekly water changes. Just feed every few days

Thanks for the input! is the AC70 enough water flow? I tested a maxjet600 and its too much flow.
