Clowns in Fuge ???

Getting ready to upgrade my 20 gal sump with a diy 40 gal breeder sump. New sump will include a refugium with chaeto. Thing is I "inherited" 2 Ocellaris clowns (mated pair) that when I tried to introduce to my main tank were literally attacked and I dont think they would of made in thru the night. As of now they are thriving in a 10 gal tank that is just an eyesore. Does anyone see a potential problem with these clowns being introduced into the refugium? Dont really know what the size the the refugium is going to be yet as the project is still in the design stages. Any advice on setup or design is well appreciated.

I have a domino damsel in my 10g refugium. He was one of my first two fish and I wasn't told that he would basically turn into satan when he grew and when I try to add peaceful fish. He is doing perfectly, only thing is that my refugium is not part of my sump...it is a completely different tank. My flow setup is Main > sump > refugium > back to main tank. I would not trust putting one in a tank that had a normal sump/refugium setup...mainly because there is probably not going to be much room if that is the case.

Thought about selling, just don't think I cud tho ... guess I cud as a LAST resort .I didn't know how they wud interact with the chaeto and the pods
