two species (not designer clown differences of the same species, which works fine) of clownfish in a smallish tank almost always does not end well.

If you stay away from the tomato complex and the premnas... In a maybe 120+ should be o.k. Especially if by " black and white " you mean a black variation of the ocellaris ... If you mean amphiprion latezonatus I haven't seen them imported often here in Canada , don't know about the states....
And if you mean amphiprion polymnus I think they're a bit more rowdy.
