COB LED ? on layout

So I found a neat COB LED that has a good list of spectrum but the layout may lend it to be to white. It has red, green, and blue in row. With what I'm thinking that will give off too much of a white look.
I is not a multi channel chip as in pic

Spectrum is OK, the problem is NOT much PAR, may be for nano, i got PAR meter and try to help some one, those COB LEDs so far are not powerful, may need special reflector.

I'm not worried to much on the PAR as I'm looking at the PUR
