I have been noticing that the rear black and white stripes on my percula are fading??Is it due to him hosting a frogspawn? If so, has anyone had any luck in getting them to switch hosts? He choose the frogspanw and the GBTA is not even 1" away!! What a clown!!

Not sure about the clown, but I wouldn't think it would be caused by the frogsprawn.

That BTA looks hungry. What are you feeding it? It also looks bleached.

thanks for resonding. My parameters are all 0's and my salinity is 1.023-05 temp 80.The clown has been eating a ton. Both Cyclop, and mytis. The bta has been hiden for about a week ,I just got him a few weeks ago. He's been eating silersides 4 times a week. Now the clown is pretty much fading all over.Turning completely Orange.Seems otherwise normal.

Silversides are great for the BTA. Hopefully it will start looking better soon and regain some color. Don't give him too big of a piece of silverside. It could stress him out. Sounds like you are doing everything you should be doing. I'm assuming you have good lighting from the other corals I see in the tank.

Wish I could help you on the clown.
