What color are Utter Chaos supposed to be? mainly the centers.

The reason I am asking is because mine are like a spotted grey in the middle with some creamy colors mixed in. The outside is like a stripey pinky orangey color. I was wondering if I had them under too much light. They are on a higher rock about almost the middle of the tank under LED's. I would still say they have a good 24 inches or more from the lights.
