Combination of Nopox and biopellets

Hi,
im in the end of the cycle and i want to reduce the nitrate in a week
(still dont have corals and fish), in order to do it as fast as possible (several days), my question is:
Can i use biopellets and Nopox together (with special blend), and if it is possible
and can help me accelerate the reduction of the nitrate, how should i do it?

(my tank is going to be a reef. samp with tank 450 liter)
