depends on what your doing with it most people think cf is outdated as t-5 gives higher light levels and less electric. but as far as pc I have had a few coralife fixtures and they were good

i know theyre alittle out dated but theyre half the price of a good t5.

what size tank and what are you trying to grow under it that is a pretty low powered light

everything but sps.its a 29gal. i was just wondering if that light was better then the pc.

If you're on a tight budget you might want to look into an aquatraders light. They are inexpensive but Chinese made. Most agree that the reflectors are far inferior to the brand name fixtures. Many suggest the quality may not be that good but I've also read that some people have had good luck with them. I've never owned or even seen one so I can't comment on them other than they are inexpensive. I'm sure others will chime in here and I'll probably be flamed for even suggesting this to you but with good bulbs and a little luck this might work out for you.
