Complete 120 Reef Tank for Sale

Hi all, I have a 120 gallon NON Reef Ready Tank, Stand, and Canopy for sale. It is currently up and running for about 5 years. It includes the following:

2-250 watt M/H fixtures with 12k Reeflux single end bulbs. They are 1 month old.
1-LifeReef Overflow with hoses
2-Koralia #4 Pumps
2-Mag 7 Pumps
1-Natulis TE skimmer
1-30 gallon sump
1-Sieo 820 Pump
1 MaxiJet 1200 with Mod Power head
1 Submersible Heater
1 PureWater RO/DI 6 stage treatment system 100 gallon/day output.
1- Filstar X3 Canister filter (Used for carbon treatment and extra flow)
1 Set of LED Moon lights (double lighted pods, there are 7 Pods)
1- TSD Meter
Aprox. 90 Pounds of live Rock (some coraline also some Atapsia..but it's not out of control.
Aprox. 120 pounds of live sand
1-Medium Foxface
1-Medium Sgt. Major
1-Somewhat large crab...not sure of species..he hides most of the time.
1-Large Mushroom Toadstool Plain
1_large Frilly Green Toadstool
1-Small Mushroom Toadstool
1-Small Colony of Pollops
Several Stalks of Kenya Trees.
Bunches of small white star fish...harmless!

Everything you need to set up and roll!

I need to get it out of here so I'm asking $1000 OBO.

Ok...here's the situation.
I have several people that are interested in the complete setup; however, I also have a number of people looking to buy if I part it out. As soon as I know something (should be Monday or Tuesday next week), I'll know if I can part it out! Those people that IM'd me will get first choice.

So far people have interest in the following:
Filstar Canister
Moon Lights
TSD Meter
RO/Di System
All The Corals
The Foxface
Both Mag 7 Pumps
Both Koralia 4's
