Complete Nano Setup, Tanks, Pumps for *SALE*

First off I have a 21g at my old work I'm looking to sell. I recently quit my job to start a company out of my house. I would like to get rid of this quick since I can't watch over it and if it doesn't sell quick I will have to transport it home first. I don't really feel like parting this out (even know I might get more) so here is the full list. I would feel better if the buyer broke it down and transport it how they'd like to but I could deliver. Pickup would be at Scottsdale Road and Redfield (Thunderbird).

  Doesn't work with the timer well... one or the other light never seems to turn on.... very fickle. There are many threads about this setup that comes with the tank and many people just replace the ballast w/ 2 workhorse ballasts and everything works fine after that. I just didn't have the time to deal with it so I finally bought a new light setup.
• GFCI Powerstrip
• 3-prong Light timer

• ~40lbs live sand.
• ~80lbs fiji live rock
  
• Various things living in the tank. Hermit crabs, snails, unknown crab but keeps to himself, baby starfish all over the place... they showing up on the glass at night, green star polyp, other polyps, pink glove polpys.
• Also... misc cleaning and maint stuff like buckets and what not.

Here's the deal. It's recently started to get an overgrowth of algae. It think it's directly related to the fact that it was moved to a spot where there is a florescent overhead light that never turns off in the office so it never sees complete dark. Again... with a little care I'm sure it would recover with no problem it's been running for hell... over 5 years now at that office. It needs love tho and since I'm spending TONS of time trying to start up my new business I can't give it the attention it needs.
