Concentrated Liqued Calcium Supplement

Found a bottle in a box of stuff I bought, is it the same as regular liquid calcium? Made by Warner Marine Research.

Not sure what you mean by regular liquid calcium, nor what you mean by the "same" (concentration? basic chemical? impurities?), but it is a fine calcium supplement and will likely have similar overall effect as Kent Liquid Calcium.
