dont know much about anemones but one of mine has shriveled up twice today and i dont know why or what is wrong

Normal behavior, however it can be a sign of stress. Just make sure you leave him be and he will come back just as big as he was before he got small. They take in water and can take it out, and can shrink up fast, so small you wouldn't think it was the same thing. Just make sure he is getting fed. I think he will be okay. My brother's did this and we didnt know that they did this and thought it died, well we took it out of the water and he poked it a little and we could see it move (a mistake to do this however nothing happed as a result), we put it back and the next day it was bigger and healthier looking than the day before. My brother i know feeds it shrimp and it does well.
