connection manager not connecting radion

i have a radion g3 pro iv had it all connected in the past to my laptop via usb and used my ipad to set everything up in ecosmart live and everything thing was work great

then the other day i connected everything up like normal to make a couple of changes and now connection manager is not connecting to my radion i contacted ecotech they said try a new lead so i got another lead but still nothing iv installed and updated everything in unplugged the light and restarted everything but nothing can anyone please help me its so frustrating :headwally:
 
I was having the same issue with my Windows 8.1 ultrabook laptop. There was an upgrade to the software that needed to be done and every time I attempted to upgrade the software, I would be in offline mode when the software said to restart the connection manager. So, I uninstalled the original install of the connection manager, then restarted my computer, and then installed the new connection manager and everything worked.

I would recommend uninstalling your current Connection Manager, then install a fresh copy from EcoSmart Live.
 
Ok iv tried this I'm running connection manager 1.07.008 and still not connected iv closed my anti virus and firewall and restarted and reinstalled everything still nothing �� iv emailed ecotech I'm waiting on Alex young but not heard anything I guess there busy

I would recommend trying a different USB cable and USB jack on the computer. If that does not resolve the issue, please make sure you do not have any desktop widgets running as they may also block the Connection Manager.

yeah i got another usb lead and still nothing i even triend it on my friends pc still wouldnt connect

i dont understand it used to connect but now doesnt
 
i have contacted the company i bought it from and explained what you have come back with alex they are going to contact there uk supplier and see what they can do

I'm having the same issue. I've tried the different USB cables from my Radions and the USB ports on each Radion Gen 3 and still no dice. It worked fine before.
