connection manager problem

I can only get connection manager to recognize 2 out of 3 of my lights. I have the pros. Using Google chrome. I have tried using wireless and usb connections on all three multiple times...it will recognize no more than two lights at a time and the one it doesn't see changes. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling connection manager. I'm going to try a factory reset on them now. I can honestly say I have yet to be able to get through programming these lights without encountering a problem...very frustrating:angryfire:

Finally after my 5th attempt or removing and reinstalling connection manager I was able to get it to recognize all three lights and get them programmed.

Thanks Alex. I plan to attempt to update my schedule today and will call if I have any issues. Is there any plans for EcoTech to begin offering weekend support?
