Saw this on nbc6.net website about conservationists growing corals in the keys. Interesting to see that they are removing algae manually.

I emailed them to see if they have any volunteer work available in this area. I saw a short video on PBS about this project last month. Looked like they could use some help because some of the growing tank setups they had were pretty old-fashioned looking.
