controller and dosing pump

I seem to remember there was a beg. package with a controller and a 3 way dosing pump. I was under the impression that you could order by Aug to get the discount. Is it still available or did I miss out I am a newbie when it comes to controllers so this seeemed like a good fit. Thanks in advance
