Anyone using a controller, if so what kind? I'm looking into buying one. I need some advice... Can anyone help? Does any of the local stored stock them?

Thanks guys. I want something that will do sunrise/ set and that has luner mode. I was looking at the reekeepr lite 3, but it wasn't clear to me if it will do sunrise/ set.

Not sure but think they have a forum on here and you could ask. I do know they just came out with lunar pods

thanks... Yes they do :) ... I ordered the reefkeeper lite (L3) with an extra RKM-PC4. I'm going to order the RMK-ALK and the RMK-MLC with 4 extra LED's in a few weeks.

I have had a calcium reactor for 6 months that I haven't taken the time to set up and I need to get my light and CL's on timers. This will get my started until I figure out how and what I need to do for the lights.

I'm not sure if the IceCap ballast are dimmable with T5's. I don't think they are.

Icecap ballasts are not dimmable. I don't think any T5HO is dimmable, regardless of the ballast.

Btw, I'm using a ACIII. Old school :)

Along with the 430 model, IceCap fluorescent lamp ballasts have been the industry leader for nearly twenty years. Rugged, reliable, and efficient are just some of the many accolades for this category classic ballast. The 660 can drive all VHO, PC and T5HO lamps in any combination up to 4 lamps, with a total not exceeding 440 Watts. It is fully dimmable when driving VHO lamps, operates silently, and is fully repairable with a 3-year warranty. It is a high frequency solution for aquarium, industrial, UV, germicidal, and horticultural applications.

This is from their website. They use to be the only dimmable ballast on the market. When they 1st came out the 660 was the only dimmable one of the two now the 440 and the 660 are dimmable. I just wan't sure if the T5's were dimmable.
