Controlling AI LED with Apex

Just got my new AI LED lights (2 blue, 1 white)

It doesnt seem that the ramp function is working.
Here is my code for the Profile called TheMoon.
Type: ramp
Ramp Time: 30
Start Intensity: 0
End Intensity: 2

Here is the virtual outlet Night
Fallback OFF
Set ON
If Outlet Sunrise = ON Then OFF
If Outlet Day = ON Then OFF
If Outlet Sunset = ON Then OFF
If Time 22:30 to 50:00 Then OFF


Here is the code for the Blue LED's
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Outlet Night = ON Then TheMoon
If Outlet Sunrise = ON Then Sunrise
If Outlet Day = ON Then TheSun
If Outlet Sunset = ON Then Sunset
If Temp > 83.0 Then OFF
Min Time 010:00 Then OFF

I was hoping with this code that the blue LED's would be at 2%..
The tank is pretty damn bright right now. Looks like I have some serious 20k+ attinics going on..

Okay.. the ramp wasnt working..
I put that profile to weather and it works now.... UGH
