Convert 48" Coralife MH/PC Fixture to MH/T5HO

Hey guys, I've got a question for ya. I picked up an used Coralife Aqualight Elite 48" Fixture with the 2x96 watt PC bulbs in it

My question is...how hard would it be to replace the PC bulbs with 4 T5HO bulbs? Have any of you done this before? Where do I start?
