Nikon D3000-Nikon 60mm Macro and built-in-flash. For better shots a 100mm is needed to get the corals that are further in the rear of the tank. And lots of patience for fast swimming fish.
Cool. Try to pickup a wireless speedlight to put on top of the tank if you haven't planned on it already. More light is never a bad thing for macros of moving subjects.
I've tried to make due with just a nikkor microfilter on an old school 70-210mm lens with an SB600 flash, but I really need to get a proper macro lens.
