cooling a large tank

I have been looking at these 920gallon stock tanks and wondered how I could cool on in a garage during the summer, I know a chiller but is there any other way

You can always contain your tank by placing a room around it and only cooling that section. The larger the area, the more it needs to cool. Good air circulation, concrete floors, air tight room, mixed photoperiod times instead all lighting at once, minimal equipment or remote equipment, and a dedicated AC vent into this room.
