Depends on how you plan to use these. Are you looking for a clip-on fan or a PC style fan to mount on your canopy?
I've gone through many different types of clip-ons and clamp-ons from Azoo to Zoo Med (no joke either). I've even gone to a couple off-brand 4-fan ones from Ebay. They all pushed air good, but were either loud or unreliable.
Then i went to the Air King from sunlight Supply: http://www.marinedepot.com/Sunlight...g-Sunlight_Supply_Inc-SL2911-FILTACAF-vi.html
This fan moves alot of air and is the quietest of them all. The only negative is that the front screen is metal and will rust in a few months but still works like a charm. Hope this helps.
Sounds like theres really no way around a chiller huh?

How much are you trying to lower your temps by?
I have no problems with my pc-fan rig. I pulled a couple of 120mm fans out of my old gaming box, spliced them with a 12v adapter, and attached them to my light fixture. They blow parallel to that waters surface and I haven't had any rust trouble yet. If I do, I can pick up a pack of 4 new ones for $10 on newegg.
75g tank, 2 250w MH, no fans no chiller tank temp high is 81-82 in the summer. No need for a chiller if done right.
