Anyone know where I can get them locally

Reef nutrition tigger pods work gr8 for me every time. Most LFS will have it. Follow instructions to dose them in the tank and just dose Phyto afterwards your pods population will go nuts.

AP aquaculture has little plywood boxes in quite a few stores, just bought some from Elite Reefs in Pompano on US1 just south of copans... I was pretty impressed with how many there were in there.
