copper treatment, Royal Gramma worse

I started copper treatment in a QT tank for 4 of my fish about 3 days ago. The 2 clowns seem to be doing fine, no ich at all, the blenny seems fine too, but maybe not eating as much today. The Royal Gramma started out with Ich dots all over it the first day or two, but today there were almost none. However, the first few days he was moving around more, but today he is barely moving, looks like he moves around to find a low current spot in the tank so he can just sit still and breathe rather than move around.

I am using copper sulphate to does the copper, and I was doing pretty well, it took me a couple days to understand the test for copper, so I was adding more than I wanted too, but it never got above 0.3 ppm. I've also been doing daily 2-3 gallon water changes on a 15 gallon tank.

I added bio-spira and a bio-wheel the first day, and the ammonia has been staying below 0.5.

Any suggestions on what I could do to help out the Gramma if it's not already too late, should I go and buy garlic? I've been feeding flakes which all the fish used to eat, but don't eat in the QT tank. I've also been feeding frozen brine shrimp, which everyone was eating until today, now the gramma won't eat, and the blenny isn't eating as much, but the clowns eat all they can get.

Any help would be great!
