Copperband Fish and Banded Shrimp Compatibility

Hi Guys,
Was just curious whether anyone has had success with copperband and banded shrimp in the same tank? I can't seem to find a lot about this pairing online. I have a few hermits in there and he's munching at them once in a while but was wondering since the banded are much bigger will it just leave it alone?

Also, if not the banded, has anyone had success with other shrimp/crabs with a copperband fish?
