Hi all,
I have first generation Radion pros over my display tank (3 over a 180). I have a second generation of the Pro now over my frag tank. I believe the second generation of Pros is brighter than the first. My question is if I want to acclimate new corals as close as possible to the lighting in the display tank, how much of a lower percentage should have the new Pro at? I realize this is an over-simplification because of things like water depth, clarity, etc.. However, for example, would a new second gen pro set at 40% be about as bright as a first gen pro at 50% or is there some rough formula?
Thanks.
Matt
