Coral Banded Shrimp

Anyone with some info on Coral Banded Shrimp? Wondering what they eat. Are they any much different from Cleaner Shrimp? And would it get along with my cleaner.....Thanks....

They will eat anything they can get ahold of including other types of shrimp, small or sleeping fish.

They've been said to eat bristle worms and peanut worms; however, when I had one for about 6 months (then gave it to a friend as a Xmas gift, still a live with her), he ate leftover frozen food and flakes. They are anecdotally alleged to fight with other shrimp, and I couldn't say whether it's true because I never had any.

To be sure: they get BIG, FAST. That's just something to keep an eye on.

Thanks for the info. Don't plan on getting one since i have a small cleaner and 3 small sexy's. Don't wanna take any chances.

I've got a good sized coral band with some peppermint shrimp and a small harliquin and so far no problems although the harliquin is only about two weeks new.
