coral beauty angel, ick or flukes or maybe just sand?

I brought home a Angel last night and it looked fine at the store but when it went into the tank it looked like it had salt on him. Ick.
So I caught it and put it in quarantine immediately.Wish I did that first.
Anyway, the fish is not scratching but it is breathing heavy and bobbing at the surface like with flukes.
I'm thinking flukes this morning and I didn't see the white spots anymore so I gave him a fresh water dip. During the dip it slowly looked like he was getting bubbles on him.
So now he is still in qt and I'm not sure what it has.
The store really stirred things up to get it out of the tank I wonder if it really only had debris stuck to him all along.
Besides keeping it in qt for a few weeks to watch it is their anything else I should be doing or to know for sure if it has something?

Thanks for your help...

I'm not sure what they look like, would it look like bubbles, but nothing fell off the fish. He is still bobbing at the surface and his color looks good. No cloudy eyes.
The wife wants me to take him back, 30 day warranty, but I want to cure him. He is a nice looking Angel, I love the coloring of this one.

If you suspect flukes, treat with Prazipro. It works pretty quickly on flukes, so the fish should start seeing relief within an hour or two. Monitor the fish closely for other signs of disease.
