coral beauty eye

I just noticed by coral beauty seems to be missing an eye or something else.
Background: recently rescued and introduced a baby clown fish to an 3 yr established, 40 gal reef and fish tank. Yellow tang seemed to be irritated and harassing other fish by fanning his tail at everyone. Not sure if he gouged out the eye of the CB. Quarantined the yellow tang and he might be going back to the LFS. can CB be saved?

sounds about right with the Yellow Tang acting like that in a tank that is too small for him. When Tangs are in a tank that is too small for them, it's a ticking time bomb and a matter of time before it goes off. I think yours just went off. I can't really see the pic, but if you can get a better one maybe it will help.
