What is with the Coral Bautys lips?

Hard to tell from the pics. Is it cottony type stuff? If so, its probably a fungal infection, the mouth area is a common place for this type of infection. Easy to cure. I like Maracyn Plus; it will take care of most fungus and a lot of bacterial infections. But do some Googling to make sure that's what you're dealing with. I'm just guessing, based on the pic.(My spell-check doesn't recognize "Googling" as a word---I claim all rights to it.)
