coral carpet?

Hi there

I was wondering if there were other coral besides gsp that would grow in a dense carpet ? I know zooanthids would do it too but I want to be different!

I'm looking for something that doesn't require a ton of light as I'm planning on growing it on the bottom of a 72 bowfront which is 2feet from top to bottom.

Thanks in advance!

Love the look of that coral. Anything that is blue instantly catches my eye.

Is that in your tank? If so, how is the speed of growth for you?

Yeah, this is in my tank. I'm not exactly sure when I got it, but growth has been pretty slow. It started out as small piece about the size of a dime, and now it's about 3" long and 2" wide. It's real easy to frag too.

I just picked up frags of Clove Polyps and Daisy Polyps. I think they will look nice as a ground cover too. I think they both come in a few different color varieties.

Photos below are not of mine.

That Sympodium does have a nice wow factor though. A little more pricier it looks like.

Try some palys. They seems to grow large and fastest for me. Also in large custered groups. There are so many colors now its hard not to like them.
