I have a 30 gallon JBJ tank with mostly corals such as polyps , such as rock stars, green cin polyp, mystic sunset, and monti's what should I be feeding them as I have been target feeding them 3 times a week with cobalt during the day.. Any suggestions or I'm I good? Everything is open but growing a bit slowly

Focus on keeping Ca, Alk, and Mag up and nitrates and phosphates down. That will give you good growth. Feeding isn't really necessary with your corals. I might feed branching SPS and LPS, but monties and softies are fine without feeding. Your fish will crap enough to keep them fed assuming you have at least 3 fish. If you really feel the need to feed them more then go ahead, but you would probably be better off stirring up the top inch of your sand bed and letting them filter feed while you put a filter sock on your drain.
