Coral Food

I am starting to feed my coral with food and not just light after many recommendations to do so. I have been using Coral Frenzy but I have read and seen not to do it daily, I looked at reef bugs but also read that it is to much for anything under 250 gallons. What do you guys use? Suggestions? I have frogspawn, torches, hammers, montiporas, zoas, mushrooms, trumpets, toadstools, and a cabbage leather coral in a 93 gallon cube.

Looked in to it but how do you guys get it? I am in New Mexico and I can't find it out here
