Coral food?

I picked up some nice soft coral at the auction last night at the meeting. I got some xenia, small green polyps and other soft coral. My question is, what should I feed these guys? I have seen zoo plankton and other bottles at the pet shop but I don't know which one to get if any.

My corals eat fish poop and whatever the fish don't eat. I do not target feed my corals. You can if you want though but mine don't get fed LOL, they love the poop.

Here is a bad old FTS from last year.

you can dose phytoplankton, or use cyclopleze (however you spell it). just dont over do it on the phyto or you will have an algea break out :/ depending on how big your tank is only do half a cap or a full cap full every 2 weeks or so i think is the recomended dose. i put in about half a cap every 2 weeks when i do a water change. thats for a 80 gallon system with only a handful of corals. i dont have a big reef like most people yet.

I've got a bag of reef bugs from big als a long time ago...and whenever I think of it(maybe every 2 -4 weeks) I mix it up and drop it in the tank. I just turn off the return pump so it doesn't all go down into the sump or anything. I think if i spot fed that the corals would grow faster, but I don't have time for that!
