I have a mixed reef, sps on top lps and clams on the bottom. What kind of food can I provide for them and or trace element products (Beside, Calcium, Carbonate, and mag)

SPS dont feed on phyto. other corals will, but SPS need ZOOplankton.
many people use cyclopese and there are several homemade mixed that are good. Eric Borneman's book has one. I haven't found a link to it, but you can look up other recipes.
as with fish it is always good to have a variety, and i have heard of people using eggplant skin to help enhance color, but that is not proven.
I use DT's live marine phyto and shave a bit of cyclopese in it as well. I try to get it right after it comes in and it lasts a good 3 months. I work at the LFS so I get it @ 1/2 off so a month's supply only runs about $5-$10 for the both of them.
