this coral what ever it is hydro maybe? i didnt think it was an acro, may be a temporary situation depending on how he does, and i will prolly upgrade to a 10k 70watt mh in the next 3 months so that would work out i think.

I think it's a hydnophora... They sting corals hard.

Yup its a hydnophora. Keep it well away from other corals.

thanks, that was what i was starting to lean towards, i just couldn't locate a pic that really looked like it, It does not seam to have any long stingers, but when i moved it last night, it brushed against the frogspawn and they started attacking each other i think, i pulled them apart but was afriad i might get a bit of a rash but i didnt.
