Coral ID Please!! Is it Brain coral??

Hello all!!

Just picked this coral up for $10! The guy at the store did not know what it is... It's about 1-1/4" in diameter. Any ideas would be great!!

Not a brain - is it soft? or have a skeleton base?

Not sure if its soft or not for sure.. Looks like it has a skeleton base but I'm not sure. My feeling is that it's a hard coral.
