Coral Ideas

Just wondering if anyone has some coral suggestions for me? Would need to be high light and High flow. And would prefer it to be a easier coral to care for. I attached a picture, looking at the flat rock on the left side. Right now tank is mostly LPS with a few leathers in there. Sorry for the quality of picture, took a quick shot.

Depends. Do you want to try SPS? Then you could try a birdsnest or a montipora. Those both grow relatively fast. As stated above. sarcophyton elegans would work also, along with some other leather corals and softies.

Not sure I want to venture into SPS yet. Any LPS corals that might like it up there? I might just have to look into what softies might work. Sarcophyton Elegans could be interesting. I assume over time it would grow pretty big up there?

I was in the same boat about 6 months ago. I gotta say get an Acan or a Blasto. Mine are doing amazing! I love them and I dont see alot of recomendations for them. Other than that you cant go wrong with Zoa's.

I've kind of stay away from zoa's. Mainly i guess because to the storys about poisoning and such.(I am i just psyching myself out)? But getting 4 or 5 zoa frags and letting them take over that rock would look awesome.

Acans and blastos usually like lower flow and lighting, and they tend to look washed out in bright light.

I like the leather and zoa suggestions.

As for lps, frogspawn and hammers can handle the light if you move them up over a couple weeks.

Any suggestions where I could get some nice zoa frags online for a decent price?
Check the for sale forums on this forum. Buying from a fellow reefer is a great way to save some money and keep the goby sustainable. Lots of good sellers on this site.
