Coral placement

I have 2 SPS coral right now, the top has all the other frags, most anyway. Theres a mushroom in a hole in the rock, palythoa, 2 star polyps, and a cabbage and colt coral. I would like to do SPS on top so do I need to move all the frags to the bottom except the 2 SPS now? Where in the tank do leathers/palythoa/star polyps need to be placed, middle or low?
